We can support you
The Life Nav App is specifically designed to help individuals navigate situations that are mentally challenging. Just as people are guided through situations that are known to be physically challenging, the Life Nav App helps you through situations that are known to be mentally challenging. Some examples are apprenticeships, international students navigating being away from home, possibly even facing a new culture; and supporting athletes before, during and after selection trials.
