Governing Body
The governance of Life Nav is entrusted to a Board of Directors and an Advisory Board.
- The Board of Directors will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Life Nav, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Board of Directors will be made up of between two and four Directors, who will be appointed based on their skills, experience, and commitment to the social mission of Life Nav.
- The Advisory Board is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of Life Nav. There will be between six and twelve members of The Advisory Board and will be appointed based on their skills and experience, as well as their alignment to the mission of the social enterprise. The members will act to maintain the integrity of the social enterprise and advise on key decisions and commitments.

Jordon has experience in managing the care and wellbeing of children and young people in Australia and the USA. She currently works for Deakin residential Services which houses over 2,700 students.
