Working With Us
Life Nav understands that mental health is a complex and very personal issue, which is why we prioritise the privacy of the participants. We are also aware that the organisers ( for example, providers of sports pathways, apprenticeship training, student accommodation) would like to understand the impact of different aspects of their programs on mental health so that they can make adjustments to minimise the adverse impact on mental health. This is why we provide them with information on the collective experience of the cohort without sharing any of the mental health data of the individual participants. We believe that the protection of individual privacy improves the honesty in responses and therefore the accuracy and value of the insights into the cohort.
Life Nav is a social enterprise committed to reducing the instances of long term mental health issues by proactively preventing their commencement during known periods of mental health challenge. Included in this section are documents that relate to those who work with us, as well as our organisational governance.
We look forward to working with you and supporting you when you need it the most.
