Our Purpose
Life Nav is a Melbourne based organisation founded and delivered by qualified social workers. We understand that it does not take much for a person to feel lost and disorientated. An untimely injury or missed team selection may appear to shatter a sporting dream. Similarly, the long wait periods families face to get support for their loved ones may make the everyday seem insurmountable.
Our Navigators are qualified counsellors ready, willing and able to help. Whether it is re-orientating towards a new destination or simply creating rest stops to make the journey more bearable; there will be support every step of the way.

“To reduce the instances and severity of mental health issues in the community by providing services that support people through circumstances known to challenge mental health and assist in identification, prevention and early intervention of mental health challenges; including facilitating social support for individuals from those they trust”.

“For Life Nav to be the partner of choice for organisations that are responsible for managing circumstances known to challenge mental health, including but not limited to employers, healthcare, education and sports organisations and by doing so make a measurable reduction in the number and severity of people that require ongoing support for mental health issues initiated during these known periods of challenge.”
